SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Items are shipped out within 4-6 business days of cleared payment if not earlier, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Customized items (eg. initial pillows) ship in 2-3 weeks, as noted in the product listing.

Shipments to the U.S. ship via USPS First Class or Priority Post and include a tracking number.

Shipments to Canada ship via Canada Post regular mail, with the exception of rugs, which ship direct from the manufacturer in New Jersey via USPS.

Contact us if you have a specific shipping method in mind or would like to pay extra for a tracking number or expedited shipping.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we no longer offer International Shipping.

How will my order be packaged?
Wall art prints and greeting cards are shipped in a cello sleeve and packed in a sturdy flat mailer envelope. Oversize art prints are shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube. Tote bags, wood signs and pillow covers are shipped in a bubble mailer.

GENERAL

Does my art print come with a frame?
All wall art prints are shipped without frames. All print sizes will fit standard frame sizes. Wrapped canvas art does not require a frame and is ready to hang. Hanging canvas art includes a wood frame at top and bottom and is also ready-to-hang. Peel and stick posters are self-adhesive and don't require a frame. If you would like any unframed prints as a wrapped canvas, hanging canvas or peel and stick, just let us know and we will set up a listing for you!

What is your return policy?
Items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of purchase, and only if still in original condition. Buyer assumes all shipping charges.

How are my products made and by who?
All items are designed in the Parade and Company studio in downtown Toronto, Canada. With the exception of rugs, which are produced by Lorena Canals. Our letterpress gold foil prints are printed locally at a wonderful small print shop using an antique press, and the wrapped canvases and pillows are manufactured by small businesses in Canada.

Do you only design for babies and kids?
Designing for babies and kids is our primary focus, but we do occasionally make wall art that could be hung in any room in your house.

Can you customize my order?
Most custom orders are to match colors to your decor, although from time to time I will take on more complex custom requests.

PEEL & STICK POSTERS

How do I apply them?
Three simple steps:

1. Wipe your wall clean from dust and allow to dry fully.
2. Peel off the paper backing (save this for future storage)
3. Stick on the wall

How many times can I reuse them?
Your Parade and Company peel and stick poster can be reused up to 20 times provided they have been kept dust-free. The accumulation of dust on the adhesive is what makes them less sticky.

What can I apply them on?
Most commonly, they are used on painted walls. If you have recently painted, it is recommended you wait 30 days before using them. They can also be applied to any other smooth surface, such a metal, glass or wood.

Are these vinyl decals?
No. Parade and Company peel and stick posters are made from a woven polyester fabric. This is superior to vinyl because they will not stretch when removed from walls, and can be used again and again without losing their shape. They are also tear resistant.
